Frequently Asked Questions

Does the rental time include decorating?

Rental time starts at the time you start decorating. For example, if you rent the venue for eight hours, and start decorating at 2pm, have the wedding ceremony at 5pm, the end time would be at 10pm.

Can we drop off tables and chairs the night before?

Yes, there is ample storage to bring them the night before.

Can we decorate the night before?

The decorating must be done as part of the rental time. This is because we have guests staying in the cabins where it would cause an inconvenience to them.

Can the big doors be left open in the Party Barn during the rental?

Yes, this is no problem, and works well to open up the area.

What time can we check into the cabins?

Check-in time is 2:30 - 3pm.

What are the regulations on alcohol?

We offer two types of beer (negotiable) and we have wine available as well.

How do we get the gate code for the guests?

On the day of your wedding, there will be a special gate code. We will also have someone manning the gate for people that are coming and going.

What time do we have to be cleaned up and out of the cabins by?

Check-out time is 11:30am - noon.

Is there anything in the Party Barn on the grounds that is off limits?

You and your guests will have full access to everything. This includes the kitchen in the Party Barn, hot tub, swimming pool, bar, stage, fire pits and pavilion as well as the entire grounds.
